From time to time you may be logged out of your Canary app due to inactivity. Do not be alarmed, as this is an enhancement to the service for your benefit. To regain access to your account, please tap on "Sign In" from the app. From here, you will be prompted to enter the email address and password combination associated with your account. Upon successfully signing in, you will once again have access to all of your devices and videos, as well as receive an automated email confirming that you have signed in.
