You can modify your contact information, profile photo, account password, and temperature preferences under My profile.
To navigate to your account information:
- From the Dashboard tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My account.
- Tap Profile.
Account Photo
If you want to update your account photo:
- Tap Change photo.
- Tap Take photo to take a new photo, or tap Choose from library to select an existing photo.
- Allow Canary to access either your camera or photo library.
- Take a new photo, or select a photo from your photo library.
Personal Details
If you want to update your personal details:
- Tap on first name, last name, or smartphone number.
- Type in any new information.
- Tap Save.
Account Password
If you want to change your Canary account password:
- Tap My account.
- Tap Password and Security.
- Tap Reset password.
- Type your old password and your new password in the corresponding fields.
- Tap Save.
Note: Tap Show password to see your password as you type.
Temperature
- Tap My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap F° or C° to view your HomeHealth temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Note: Canary Pro only
Email Address
- Tap on My account.
- Tap on Profile.
- Tap on your email address. You can then use the keyboard to enter your new email address. Tap on return when you are finished.
- Please enter the password for your Canary Account.
- Tap on Update Profile.
- Please enter the code sent to you through the Two-Step Verification process.
- An email will be sent to the original email address, asking you to verify the change. Please go to your original email, open the email titled Verify your email address, and tap on Verify Now.
- You will then be asked to sign in with your existing email address, and repeat the Two-Step Verification process.

A pop-up will then appear, advising that your email address has now been changed.
