Invite your family members or roommates.
Geofencing (Automatic Arm/Disarm) works best when everyone in your home is connected. Add location members from the Canary app menu.
Customize home and night modes.
Decide when Canary Pro records and when it doesn’t. Customize how Canary Pro behaves in home mode (Premium Service Feature), or schedule night mode to keep watch while you’re asleep.

Find the perfect spot.
We recommend placing the Canary Pro in a central, high-traffic area of your home. In larger homes, we recommend setting up a Canary device near each main entrance.
If you think you’ve found a suitable place and plan to connect the Canary Pro to Wi-Fi, try streaming Watch Live from your device there. If it plays without interruption, you’ve found a good place for your device to live.
HomeHealth is affected by a variety of factors, including dust, heat, and humidity. Position the Canary Pro away from other heat-generating electronics in a dry, dust-free area to get the most accurate information on your home’s environmental conditions.
Canary Pro operates within a temperature range of 32° to 104° F. (0° to 40° C)
