Your Canary device records both video and sound. If you have found that there is no sound coming from your device, please try the following:
For Premium Customers with Android:
- Open Canary app
- Tap the gear icon. (Top right.)
- Go to My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap on Notification sound.
- Here you can choose a notification sound from your library.
- Go back to My devices.
- Choose a device if you have more than one.
- Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled on.
Please do this for each device.
For Premium Customers with iOS:
- Open Canary app
- Tap the gear icon. (Top right.)
- Go to My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap on Notification sound.
- Here you can choose a sound based on your preferences.
- Go back to My devices.
- Choose a device if you have more than one.
- Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled on.
Please do this for each device.
