To activate Premium Service, you must first receive your Canary devices, create your Canary account, download the Canary app, and complete the device setup process. Once all devices are online, you can then purchase Premium Service.
To activate Premium Service through the WebApp:
1. Login to my.canary.is
2. If you have multiple locations select the one you would like to manage.
3. Scroll down and click Activate Premium Service
4. Select either a Monthly or Annual plan.
5. Enter your credit card information, any promotional codes, and complete the transaction by clicking Activate Premium Service.
To purchase Premium Service through the Canary App:
- Open the Canary app.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My services.
- Tap Learn more.
- Tap Upgrade to Premium Service.
- Please tap Continue and follow the on screen instructions.
