For certain cases, you may require a transfer of ownership for your Canary's location. At this time there is no functionality built-in to the Canary app to change ownership yourself but there are options by reaching out to support.
Please note that Premium Bundle 24 accounts can not be transferred.
The easiest way to have ownership of your account transferred is to have the current owner submit a request to our support team from the email address associated with their Canary account. Please make sure the new owner is a member on your location and include account members name and email in your request. This will not change anything related to invoicing. If you are transferring ownership, you should cancel any paid plans that you do not wish to pay for in the future.
Note: If you are not the location owner but require an ownership change, you will have to reach out to support. In most cases, we will be unable to transfer ownership of the account without the location owners consent.
