Geofencing is turned off by default on tablets.
If you use an Android or iPad tablet as your primary device with the Canary app, make sure that you have enabled geofencing. Canary users can enable the geofence for their tablet in the Canary app.
- Open the Canary app.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My account.
- Tap Password and security.
- Confirm that the Geofence toggle is green.
