    Hi Larry!

    I reached out to our specialists regarding your devices. We recommend completing a Full App Refresh. Please follow these steps:

    - Log out of the Canary App

    - Uninstall the Canary App

    - Turn your phone off for 30 seconds

    - Install the Canary App from the App Store or Play Store depending on your mobile device

    - Log in using your existing account

    This should resolve your issue. However if you still cannot view both of your devices after these steps, please reach out to us directly at support@canary.is
