No sound on video clips
I no longer have sound when I playback a video. How can I fix this?

Sorry to read that you're having issues with your playback.
The issue could be that your sound is not enabled, please try the steps below:
iOS:
- Open Canary app
- Tap the gear icon. (Top right.)
- Go to My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap on Notification sound.
- Here you can choose a sound based on your preferences.
- Go back to My devices.
- Choose a device if you have more than one.
- Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled on.
Please do this for each device.
Android:
- Open Canary app
- Tap the gear icon. (Top right.)
- Go to My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap on Notification sound.
- Here you can choose a notification sound from your library.
- Go back to My devices.
- Choose a device if you have more than one.
- Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled on.
Please do this for each device.
I would also recommend seeing if you can hear any sound on your recordings through your WebApp on my.canary.is
