    Sorry to read that something went wrong in the middle of the update.

    Please reach out to the customer care team from the email address associated with your Canary account.  Also please provide the serial number of the device for further assistance.

    Having same issue today.  I think it bricked as no longer getting blue light after it stopped in the middle of update.
