Feature Requests: Full administrative access to customer devices via web.
Hello, there are device features not permissible via web access for customers. Canary only allows full device management, including video downloads, via the Canary app. However, apps particularly operate on smart-devices, i.e. smart phones, tablets, etcetera, thereby limited to those devices, which typically lacks in storage capacity, and missing entirely the desktop/computing environment. Would Canary consider targeting the desktop/computing environment, whether it be through the web or an app, to allow for full administrative access, including video downloading, in the desktop/computing environment? Hi Gary - We have good news: The features you mention are already on our roadmap. Since there is a much larger number of app users than webapp users, the full functionality of the webapp hasn‘t been the number one priority but we are already planning on implementing it soon!
