Canary Security Camera device stuck on "Update in progress"
Hi all, I have a CAN400USGY model and one day it just said device offline, been trying to connect and pair but no luck. Then I recently went into my devices to check the status and it's stuck with "Update in Progress"
The device is non-responsive (tried holding down the top but does not pair). It appears to be bricked but wanted to come here and ask for any help possible. I can't remove the device from my app/dashboard because it's stuck on the status of Update in progress

Hi Edward,
I am sorry to read that the firmware update did not work as expected.
I was able to reset the status on our side. Please move the camera closer to your router and unplug it / plug it in again so the device can update. This should take less than 10 minutes depending on your internet speed.
