Hi James,
Sorry to read there is no sound. For Premium Customers with iOS:
iOS:Open Canary app
proceed to settings wheel (top right)
Go to "my account"
"Preferences"
"Notification sound"
Here you can choose based on your preferences.
Go back to "My devices"
choose a device if you have more than one
Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled onPlease do this for each device.

Here you can choose a notification sound from your library.Go back to "My devices"
Choose a device if you have more than one.
Confirm that "mute microphone" is not toggled on.
