Canary Pro Not Pairing
Just bought it from a thrift store of sorts, I have the receipt and everything, but can't seem to pair it. Not sure if maybe it's because it pre-owned? I'd like to use it, but will bring it back if it isn't possible to do

Hi there. Sorry to read you are having trouble with the set up.
You can reach out to support@canary.is for help. Please provide the serial number of the device.
Possible reasons is that the Canary is still connected to the old account, it was a broken device and Canary replaced it already for a customer, could be listed as stolen or a Premium Bundle 24 (leased device) where the customer stopped paying for it and now there is a bounty on the device. Customer care can help to answer which is the reason.
