    Hi there.  I am very sorry for your loss.  Please reach out to the Customer Experience Team via  They will ask you to confirm information from the previous owner as well as in this case, provide a death certificate for expediency.

    If you have access to the decedent's email address, the transfer of ownership would be more straight forward.
