How will I receive my Gift Card?
Gift cards are issued digitally via email in the form of an ‘e-Gift Card’ from the sender: canary@customer.rybbon.net
Please note that we can only send the e-gift card to the email address used to redeem the offer, this will be the email address associated with your Canary account and devices.
How long do I have to wait to receive my e-gift card?
Gift cards are issued between 15 and 30 days after you sign up for this offer.
I have checked my email inbox and cannot find the e-gift card, what should I do?
- Please ensure that you are logged into the correct email address used to redeem the offer.
- Please check your spam/junk folder and add the following email address: canary@customer.rybbon.net
- add the above email to your contacts, to ensure the gift card will be delivered directly to your inbox.
- Check the date you activated your Premium Service, if it has been less than 30 days, your gift card may still be being processed and will be issued shortly. We appreciate your patience during this time.
What do I do if I haven’t received my e-gift card after 30 days?
If you are unable locate your gift card after performing the steps above, please contact us via email at support@canary.is.
How long after I have received the e-gift card can I claim it?
Once our system issues your e-gift card, you must claim it within 90 days, after which it will expire. We can only resend a gift card if you contact us within these 90 days.
We are unable to resend any unclaimed gift cards after they have expired.
How long is the e-gift card valid?
Once you have claimed your e-gift card from the email, it will be valid for 90 days. You must use the gift card balance during these 90 days, after which it will expire.
We are unable to replace unused and expired gift cards.
