Are you experiencing issues purchasing Premium Service?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
1: Please make sure that you are the owner of the location.
The owner of the location is the only person that can purchase Premium Service. If you are unsure about who the location owner is, they are the person that:
- Created the location
- Or set up the first device on the location
2: Use Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Login to my.canary.is
- If you have multiple locations select the one you would like to manage.
- Scroll down and click Activate Premium Service

Select either a Monthly or Annual plan.

Enter your credit card information, any promo codes, and complete the transaction by clicking Activate Premium Service.

3: Open an incognito window:
- Open Google Chrome.
- On the top of your screen, click File.
- Click New Incognito Window.
- Once you've done this, please retry the steps above.
4: Check your language settings:
- Open https://canary.is on your browser.
- Please sign out of your account, and sign back in.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- On the right hand side, you will see your language. Please make sure English is selected, and not English (UK).
- Once you've done this, please copy and paste your custom link into the browser. (This link has either been emailed to you, or provided by one of our Customer Service Agents).
