Already Activated
Your device could be already activated. It may be activated to your account already, or to another. Please note that Canary devices can only be paired once.
If you received the device as a gift, please contact the original owner to deactivate the device. Alternatively, you can reach out to us with a picture of the Serial Number, and a valid proof of purchase.

Premium Bundle 24
If you are a Premium Bundle 24 customer, and you have outstanding payments, this may prevent you from being able to pair your device. In order to use your device again, you will need to resolve any payment issues. Please be sure to check your email for instructions on what to do next.
