What comes with Canary Premium Service?
Premium Service has many additional features, below is an outline of the difference between Basic Service (free access) and our Premium Service:

Is Premium Service available in countries other than the US?
Yes. Canary Premium Service is available to users who live outside the US and includes most of the features mentioned above, however Incident support and extended warranty benefits are only available in the US.
How much does Premium Service cost?
Canary customers will receive the full benefits of Premium Service for $9.99/month or $99/year (two free months) for their first device. Each additional device at the location will be $2.99/month or $29/year.
Do I need to purchase a Canary Premium Service subscription for my device to function?
No, we’re still offering everyday security right out of the box with our Free Access, which includes Watch Live, Motion Notifications and Two-way talk.
Do all my devices need to be on Premium Service?
No, but all devices under a Location have to be on Premium Service when you want the service on that Location. If you want to divide up which devices are on Premium Service you will have to move some to a separate location in the app.
Does the 30 day Timeline show videos from before joining Premium Service?
No. Video from before the sign-up date will not be unlocked or saved to your Timeline for 30 days. Only videos which are recorded after upgrading to Premium Service will retain on your Timeline for 30 days.
What is Incident Support?
In the event of a qualifying incident, we’ll provide you with a dedicated agent to help retrieve video evidence and assist through a home theft event.
How does Extended Device Warranty work?
All Canary devices come with a one-year limited warranty. As part of Canary Premium Service, all devices at the location under Premium Service will receive a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. To qualify, devices need to be purchased directly from Canary or an authorized reseller. For more information, visit our Sales Terms.
What if I have multiple devices?
Premium Service applies to each device at a specific location, but the price will vary according to the number of devices you have at that location.

Is there a limit to how many Canary devices I can have in a single location?
If you are enrolled in Canary Premium Service, there is no limit to the amount of devices you can have in a single location. If you are enrolled in the included Free Access, you can have up to 4 devices.
