Q: What Plan Types are available with Apple Subscriptions?
A: Both Premium Service and Professional Monitoring are available with Apple Subscriptions.
Q: How can I purchase a subscription through Apple Subscriptions?
A: You will be able to purchase an Apple Subscription throughout the iOS Mobile App.
To purchase Premium Service through Apple Subscriptions:
- Open the Canary app.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My services.
- Tap Learn more.
- Tap Upgrade to Premium Service.
- Please choose a device, and tap Add Premium Service.
- Please choose Monthly or Annual Premium Service, then tap Add Premium Service.
- Follow the on screen instructions to confirm the payment and continue.
- Tap OK to return to the app.

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by going to your iOS settings:

Tap Profile Settings (top row on the page)

Tap into your subscription

Cancel from there

Q: How can I manage my subscription's Renewal Reminders?
A: Renewal Reminder emails are sent 14 days before the subscription is set to renew. This will be sent each time one of your subscriptions renews. You can manage this by following these steps:

Go to the Settings App

Tap on Profile Settings (top row on the page)

Tap Subscriptions

Scroll until you see Receive Renewal Receipts (this will be on the bottom of the page)
Q: How can I receive a refund for my purchase?
A: You pay for a subscription when you purchase it, and you can receive a refund by contacting Apple customer service. For example, if you accidentally buy the wrong product and would like to request a refund, customer support can cancel the subscription and issue a full or partial refund.
Note: You may cancel a subscription in the middle of a subscription period, but the subscription remains paid through the end of the same period.

Q: Can I redeem Promo Codes through Apple Subscriptions?
No, Promo Codes can only be redeemed through the Canary WebApp.

Q: How can I restore my subscription?
If you already have a subscription, but have either updated your iPhone to a new model, reset your phone, or re-installed the app, you will need to restore your subscriptions. To do this, please complete the following steps:
- Open the Canary App.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on My services.
- Then tap “Restore Purchases” button. This can be found on the bottom of the page.
