As our Flex devices have the ability to be positioned in a variety of ways, we understand it is important that Watch Live and Timeline events are clear and easy to view.
The Canary Flex video orientation feature allows its users to change the position of video footage. The video can now be rotated 180°. This feature is accessible through the device settings section of the Canary App.
To rotate the video, please follow these steps:
- Open the Canary app
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the Home screen
- Select My devices
- Select the Canary Flex you would like to configure.
- Toggle Rotate video 180° to rotate your Watch Live stream and recorded video upside down.
All future recorded video will now be displayed in your timeline rotated 180°.
Please ensure that you are updated to the latest app version 7.7.0 and your Flex is on the latest firmware version 7.0.0 and above.
