If you purchased a service plan via Apple, but you are not receiving the service try restoring your purchase. You can do this by following these steps:
- Open the Canary App.
- Please tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My services.
- Then tap “Restore Purchases” button. This can be found on the bottom of the page.
Is the Restoring Purchases typical behavior for all Apple subscriptions? Will this only apply to Apple subscriptions?
Restoring Purchases is a required feature in order to support Apple Subscriptions. This will only apply to Apple subscriptions.
