I already purchased Premium Service and have a Promo Code. Where can I apply and redeem it?

Promo Codes can be added through the Canary WebApp. To activate your Promo Code, please follow the steps below.

How to add a Premium Service Promo Code:

1. First, go to my.canary.is and log in with your Canary account information.
2. If you have multiple locations, please select the location you would like to upgrade. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Add promo code”.
3. Enter the promo code and click apply. 
4. After this, you will need to enter your payment information
5. Then, please accept and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and hit Upgrade.

Can I add a Promo Code through Apple Subscriptions:

No, you can only redeem Promo Codes through the Canary WebApp.
