Important: Before you cancel Premium Service, make sure to download or bookmark any videos you would like to keep. These can not be retrieved once you downgrade to Basic Service.
To cancel Premium Service through my.canary.is:
- Log in to your account at my.canary.is and select your location.
- Click Manage Service Plan.
- Click Cancel Premium Service.
- Follow the instructions on screen.
To cancel Premium Service through Apple Subscriptions:
- Go to the Settings App
- Tap on Profile Settings (top row on the page)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap into your subscription
- Follow the on screen instructions and cancel from there

Cancellations and Refunds
- Monthly Plans: you will receive a refund if you cancel within 3 days of your initial purchase. This does not apply to renewals which are not eligible.
- Annual Plans: you will receive a full refund if you cancel your annual plan within 14 days of your initial purchase. This does not apply to renewals which are not eligible.
