If you're having difficulty with your Canary Flex, such as issues with network connectivity, or charging the device try resetting your Canary by power cycling it. You can do this by turning your device off and on again. If that doesn't work, perform a reset. We recommend turning Canary Flex off and on again before performing a reset.
Note: If you're looking for information on deactivating and removing a device from your account, visit How do I remove and deactivate a Canary? Please do not attempt this as a troubleshooting step.
