When you have multiple people living or working at a location you might want to add them as users on the location. This will help your Canary know when to change modes.
Please follow the steps below to learn how to add a user to a location:
- Open your Canary app.
- From the Home Screen, tap the three lines in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Take Action.
- Tap on "Add location members".
- Fill in the form for the new user.
- Tap on "Send invitation".
The person you have just sent an invitation to will need to accept the invitation in an email that they will receive from Canary. If they already have an account they just need to accept, if they currently don't have a Canary account they will need to fill in some information to create an account with us.
