I purchased the Home Security Bundle and have not received my Canary. Where is it?
Within 1-3 days after completing your purchase, you should then receive a shipping confirmation email which contains the tracking information for your FREE Canary Pro.
If you have completed the above process, and have not received any confirmation emails, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing support@canary.is with subject “Home Security Bundle - Order Status”. Once this is received, one of our specialized Order Management team members will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my Home Security Bundle?
The Canary Home Security Bundle comes with a 24 month commitment. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase, or after your 24 month commitment is complete.
How many devices are included in Premium Service with my Home Security Bundle?
Only the devices purchased with our new Home Security Bundle offer, come with Premium Service features on your location.
