With our recent firmware update, 4.0.0, we have discovered an issue that is causing Canary All-in-One devices to make a beep or chirping sound. If you are experiencing this issue with your Canary device, please contact support by initiating a live chat here, and include the information listed below. Once our support team receives this information they will be able to push an update which will stop the device from beeping.
- Serial number (can be found on the bottom of the device (Begins with C100).
Note: Please make sure that your Canary is online when contacting our support team se we can push an update out to it.
