What is the Device Waiver?
As a thank you to our subscribers, any Canary customers who are on an Annual Membership by December 11, 2016 will automatically receive 12 months for the price of 10 months (a 20% savings over Monthly Membership) and a Device Waiver which eliminates an upcharge for additional Canary devices for one year.
What if I’m currently on a monthly plan?
As long as you upgrade to an annual plan by December 11, 2016, you’ll be eligible for the device waiver.
If you remain on a monthly plan, you will not receive the device waiver, but you will be grandfathered into your current monthly price until your first renewal date after March 31, 2017.

What if I’m on the monthly plan after December 11, 2016, and add another device?
If you add another device while on the grandfathered plan, you will be automatically moved to a billing structure according to how many devices you have at that location.
What If I’m on an annual plan by December 11, 2016, but cancel my plan after?
If you cancel your annual plan after December 11, 2016 and re-subscribe to Membership after that date, you will not receive the device waiver.
What will my new Membership price be after the Device Waiver expires?
On December 12, 2017, the Device Waiver will expire and you will be charged the Membership price based on the number of device at your location, prorated for the time remaining until your next renewal date.
