You can modify your contact information, profile photo, account password, and temperature preferences under My profile.
To navigate to your account information:
- From the Dashboard tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap My account.
- Tap Profile.
Account Photo
If you want to update your account photo:
- Tap Change photo.
- Tap Take photo to take a new photo, or tap Choose from library to select an existing photo.
- Allow Canary to access either your camera or photo library.
- Take a new photo, or select a photo from your photo library.
Personal Details
If you want to update your personal details:
- Tap on first name, last name, or smartphone number.
- Type in any new information.
- Tap Save.
Account Password
If you want to change your Canary account password:
- Tap My account.
- Tap Password and Security.
- Tap Reset password.
- Type your old password and your new password in the corresponding fields.
- Tap Save.
Note: Tap Show password to see your password as you type.
Temperature
- Tap My account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap F° or C° to view your HomeHealth temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
